Novarossi Plus 21-4C Team Off Road Buggy Engine

Specifications:

• Cooling head:  This a 'Lighter&Lower' type of cooling head.  It is drilled and milled out to reduce the mass of the coolinghead which sits high up in the car and thereby lowering the Center of Gravity of the engine/car.
• Sleeve:  The sleeve has 4 transfer ports , the best compromise to make a linear power supply with minimal fuel consumption combination possible.
• Crankshaft:  As this engine comes as "Factory Tuned" we have modified the crankshaft to futher improve the power output and driveability.
• Carburettor:  The carburettor of this engine is made from plastic and in "reverse" style and has a sliding throttle valve.
• Conrod:  The R7 conrod is made from a superlight alluminium which has been checked ultrasonic. The specific form of the R7 creates little turbulence inside the engine while running.
• Rear cover:  The rear cover presents a round shape, this minimises the dead space and allows for easy access for quick check-ups.
• Rear ball bearing:  The outer diameter of 25.80 mm has been adopted in order to avoid ring distorsions and to increase fatigue resistance.
• Glowplug:  The glowplug of engine is a Turbo type glowplug. Turbo glowplugs have a different shape than Standard glowplugs and therefor are not interchange able with engines that are using Standard glowplugs
