Sleeve - The Sleeve is made from hard-chromed brass and has 3 transfer ports. (true ABC construction).

Rear cover - The rear cover presents a round shape, this minimises the dead space and allows easy access for quick check-up.

Carburettor - The Carburetor of the PLUS 28 engines are made from plastic and have a sliding throttle valve.
