| Terms and Conditions Returns / Refunds Order has not arrived - UK customers If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving our despatch email, please click here to notify us. Refunds or replacements will be issued 16 working days after despatch date. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your email and to advise the date of when the refund or replacement will be issued. Also in this email we will ask whether you wish to receive a refund or replacement (a replacement will be dependent on whether we have the item still in stock). If you request a refund this will be processed through the same details you gave on the original payment. We will not accept any claims after 28days of expected delivery date. Order not arrived - Overseas If you have not received your order within 15 working days after receiving our despatch email, please click here to notify us. Refunds or replacements will be issued 25 working days after despatch date. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your email and to advise the date of when the refund or replacement will be issued. Also in this email we will ask whether you wish to receive a refund or replacement (a replacement will be dependent on whether we have the item still in stock). If you request a refund this will be processed through the same details you gave on the original payment. We will not accept any claims after 28days of expected delivery date. Unwanted / wrong item ordered If you wish to return your item(s) you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items will only be accepted if it hasn't been used and is still in it's original packaging. It is the customer's duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) while in their possession and to return it to us as soon as possible. Please click here to inform us of your return completing the information requested. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. We advise that you return the item via a trackable method. This is in case the parcel goes missing on return and the mail service can track where it has gone. Once we have received the item we will issue a refund for the total cost of the order (including the original p&p costs). The refund will be issued by the same means you made the original payment. Damaged in Transit Please ensure you keep all the postage packaging and damaged item(s). Item Faulty On occasions this may happen even thought the item(s) are brand new.
